As well as having extensive experience in New Build Construction, Lawrence Lynch has extensive experience in the aftercare and defect management of new build properties. Including fielding/management of calls from new residents, identifying whether the defects are actually defects or a new owner operational issue. We have a number of private developments that are managed by our Aftercare Team.   

Our team support on the resolution of identified defects ensuring that the works are remedied and deadlines are met.  In the event that the main contractor does not complete the work, we also complete routine property repairs to defects in line with the original warranty provider’s technical requirements.

We also work on a whole range of refurbishments. From Residential & Retail to Commercial Spaces. Client satisfaction is vital to us which is why we commit to baseline principles of where and when we are working right from the beginning of the project. 


When working in the home environment we understand that family time is very precious and that building works can often interfere with normal family activities. Therefore, at LLD it is important for us to work with our clients to identify the right time within the calendar year to commence works for all involved.
